Bio: I am retired from College teaching and live with my wife, also a retired faculty member. I bike quite a bit. This year it will be about 13,000 kilometers. Usually, I bike in Germany for three months in Kempen in Nord Rhine Westphalia. The virus has done in that part of our travel. I want to be in good shape both mentally and physically. My biking this year has been indoors on a programmable trainer using Zwift the app. One measure of my addiction to cycling is that I own four road bikes.
