Bio: After experiencing a TBI and fracturing 3 vertebrae in my neck in 2007, the Dr's decided pain meds and mood stabilizers were the answer... I found I couldn't even remember my children or grandchildren... I decided it was time for a life change... Then I found the gym and running... My children and grandchildren are my motivation to get up, lace up, and DO THIS THING!!! everyday!!!
