Bio: I am not a runner but I am also not a couch potato...I am a walker who has visions of one day in the not so distant future participating in a live race, maybe just start with a 5k but then move up to something more...my ultimate goal Disney! So far in 2017 I have managed just over 900 miles (officially managed tonight!) Goal was 1000 miles, I think I've got this and much, much more....Go, Go GryffinROAR!
